From Our Founder
I founded Unity because I believe that transformation is most powerful when we transform together. I know that mental health isn’t in the mind alone, but part of a system that includes physical, emotional and relational well-being. What others call "pathology" often developed with a purpose, even if that purpose is no longer needed.
Unity has made it our mission to guide individuals on their healing journey through innovative, research-based practices that deepen the connection between mind, body, and spirit. By honoring the unique strengths of each client and building a community that fosters personal growth, strong relationships, and self-expression, we can transform more than just the individual: we can change the world.

I've heard hundreds of stories over many years of working with adults, teens and families from different backgrounds. My holistic approach honors the strengths of each client in the context of their unique lived experience. Through the lens of Interpersonal Neurobiology, I draw on an eclectic range of skills - from traditional talk therapies to somatic and expressive interventions - to create treatment tailored to each client.

I believe in the importance of family support, and I want parents to feel confident that I will work alongside them to help their children grow, heal, and thrive. I'm excited to offer a safe space where youth can feel comfortable discussing challenges and exploring new ways to improve mental health and overall well-being. I look forward to the opportunity to be a resource in your family's journey - a journey that includes empathy, empowerment, and transformation.

Individual Counseling
Intake:$175
Subsequent:$150
Group Counseling
Per Session:$45-$75
Couples Counseling
Relationship Diagnostic: $500 (includes Couples intake, 2 individual interviews, and complete Gottman Relationship Check-up)
Sessions: $195
Immigration Evaluations
Base Evaluation Fee: $1100 (includes: Initial Meeting w/ Attorney, Comprehensive Assessment Packet, 1-2 Individual Interviews, Evaluation Write-Up)
Additional Interview: $150
Testimony: $100 /hour
Pay-What-You-Can Promise
Unity values a therapeutic process defined only by the unique needs of the client - not the insurance company. For this reason, Unity is not in-network for any insurance.
In order to uphold our commitment to high-quality, accessible services, Unity offers multiple ways to make therapy affordable:
We’ve partnered with Thrizer to facilitate billing for out-of-network coverage, allowing options for immediate reimbursement at the time of service.
Prospective clients can use our unique Pay What You Can Calculator to see if they qualify for one of several sliding-scale spots for Individual Counseling.
For every session provided at full rates, a portion of the proceeds will go towards providing Low- to No-cost Counseling through our CommUNITY Counseling Program.
